Nail Art. Blue Design !!! Easy Flowers !!!

Today I used: Nail polishes - base coat, dark neon blue ( Polish Envy, 3002 Sonic ), matte top coat for clean picture ( Sally Hansen, big matte, 41055 ), top coat ( Polish Envy, Fast Dry Top Coat ). Acrylic paints - white, cool blue ( Chromacryl ).
