WINTER NAIL ART With HEART Design In Blue & White Using Dotting Tool & Needle
In today's nail tutorial video I paint a dark blue based dry marble Winter nail design with heart motifs.
First apply base coat to protect your natural nails.
Paint one of your nails dark blue - I use sparkly blue nail polish - Don't let it dry!
Put 2 white blobs over the wet base and 2 silver glitter blobs on the top of them.
Drag a sewing needle across the blobs.
I paint small white dots around the heart-shape pattern.
Apply top coat to protect the manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
